I recently went through some identity theft with the newest T-mobile breach.My identity theft was pretty extreme. I didn’t fully comprehend how bad my situation was until this store basically took my family in, and protected us.It wasn’t their business to clean up after T-mobile, but they did!I been working with this store about two months now, and they went out of their way to help us in a time of need.I wish I could remember the young lady’s name who just got back from leave. She helped me get the phone I really wanted with a damaged credit score from my identity theft.The manager of this store is truly amazing man that helped my family get through a very tough time in our life.I will never forget what you guys did for us…. You guys rock!!!

IT is better to go to the Eugene store in the Valley River Mall!!!The staff are extremely unprofessional. They do not handle problems well. I hand an issue with my bill and every time I started to explain the problem the staff member would talk over me, so I asked for the manager and he did the same even after I asked him to please stop talking and listen to me. He actually started yelling at me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE

The employees are very good, but the company sold me a $50 Sim for data and voice one month, and it didn't work with my Xiaomi phone. I think they should expand compatibility

I am waiting to see what the outcome of post by owner S as to the escalation of the problem I previously posted with an ongoing problem since August of 2023. So far no response as to the escalation decision . Maybe that was just something to make it look like they were trying to help resolve my issues.

TERRIBLE!!! They are so dishonest! Please beware of this place. I'm finding out now how others have had similar challenges and wish I had known. They have cost me a lot of money because THEY made mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!!! They will charge you for things you didn't get and once they have your credit card on file, they will charge you in error. It's been a nightmare! I've been advised to file an official complaint to the FCC Consumer Complaint Center which I am working on now.

Don't believe Verizon when they tell you that your next upgrade is on them. What they mean is you can get a free downgrade even if you have had years of loyal service!So disappointing!!!

Not the fault of the employees, but you cannot get much help in the store because of Verizons horrible procedures. And when you call, it sends you text verifications that you have to click on. It's ridiculous. You can't even call Verizon without spending 20 minutes to even be put on hold for a person to talk to.

Tried to get a second line and some additional accessories on my account the staff ended up changing my bill removing my military discount, gave me faulty SIM card so my new phone didn't work. I wouldn't say they have bad customer service other than during the interaction with their store clerk he told me how excited he was to go home and proceeded to discuss his relationship status with his coworkers rather than focusing on my account. He failed to fully activate the phone before I left. This was my second attempt to add a line at this location the specialist mike further messed prior. Definitely a one star store.

I went to Verizon yesterday and was greeted by a nice young man named Tyler. I was tired from travel and wasn’t feel well, so I was a little impatient and short tempered. My frustration with technology and my lack of understanding also made for a less than pleasant interaction. Tyler was so patient and understanding with me and for that I am thankful.

Really hard to rate. We did find out we were not a customer of version, so that was good. And the staff was very helpful to assist us. Would have no trouble going there if I was looking for a phone.
