Literally every single time I come here to pick up photos I wait forever! They have a bell that says ring for service 🙄 ya that's a joke. U ring.. no one comes. They just continue to ring people at the front when they can clearly see me sitting here for 45 minutes waiting. So annoying tbh.

I would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Prescriptions take weeks to fill when they use to take no more then 1 day, the lines inside and out in the drive through take hours and let’s not mention how condescending the employees of the pharmacy are.

This place is frustrating! Their hours say they close at 10 pm, when they actually close at 6 every day. I finally was able to leave work a bit earlier get to the pharmacy window at 601 I can hear several people back there but my knocks on the window go unanswered. Shortly after a very morbidly obese lady waddled out of the pharmacy door and I asked her if I could get my prescriptions, that they have been ready for several days, she didn't even slow down as she said "nope closed". So she was clearly in a hurry....

Never tells me when insurance denies my refill!!!! I’ve gone weeks without medicine multiple times because Walgreens doesn’t tell me until I call multiple times or walk inside and wait for 45 minutes to be told I have to call my insurance. This is extremely dangerous!! They should be liable if something happens to someone who can’t get their meds

Picked up a refill today and informed this Pharmacy (West Main) is closing as of today and will now need to go to Central Point location. Not the fault of local employees, The corporate communication is terrible. No notification to my account or email or text. The staff should not have to be the ones to deliver this unwelcome message.

It is impossible to call them, I called three times and got hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes, then 14, then over 30. I’ve edited to add that when I went in personally they were decent and were understanding that I was frustrated.

At last, shelves are well-stocked and staff is helpful -- what a difference it makes to have a good pharmacy back! We had given up on this location but are delighted to patronize it gain.

Kady walgreen main st worker was racist, she made a racist comment said “ You should go back to your country if i can’t pay in cash, only because i wanted to pay card. said i count pay with card, and i always go there and never a problem with paying card.

Been on hold since calling at 930, it is now 1020. No business is that busy to where they cant at the very least pick up the phone and say at least hold on one more moment. And i dont want the call back option as i have to sleep at some point being a nightshift worker. WTH.

Always seems very disorganized at the pharmacy. Today I asked for assistance in finding an item and the pharmacist told me he was going to lunch and walked away. Another employee assisted me instead. Unacceptable way to treat a customer. The sad thing is there are no consequences for the extremely rude pharmacist.
