To get my Adderall filled they made me switch all my meds to them and then they took forever to get it switched and they don't have the other meds I take, but I'm not allowed to go elsewhere. This is stupid!

Efficient and professional. I frequent the Olympic Pharmacy fairly often and have found it to be a good experience. Judy has attended me numerous times and is top notch in customer care!!!

Honestly this pharmacy is the most unprofessional. They are rude and almost all of them are snarky, you fill your prescriptions a week ahead of time and they don’t have it ready nor follow up with you, they state that they are out of stock and won’t be able to fill your medications and when there’s a recall they don’t even inform you they can’t fill you medication due to it, they just let you find out when you come in. Would not recommend to get your meds from here to be honest.. it should also be noted that they almost never answer the phone, the drive thru is always closed and you wait in line for 30+ mins to find out your meds aren’t even ready?

This place just sucks. This pharmacy has has gotten far worse in 2022, and a 1-star review is warranted. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Understaffed, overworked, 30+ minute wait times, 50/50 chance your medication is filled on time, and the drive-through has been closed for over a year.

I've been going to this pharmacy since 2019. In the last year they have been plagued by lack of sufficient staff. Those that have been there for years can tell you what they are experiencing now is unprecedented. Yes they've had to shorten their hours, close for lunch, and on Sundays that is because they were working 12 hour shifts before the changes. No one can keep that up indefinitely. All the people complaining about wait times or being hung up on when they call, please have empathy for the humans working there and doing the best they can. Walmart doesn't pay well. There is no reason to expect the staff to sacrifice their health & personal time so you don't have to deal with changes. They did try, unfortunately they haven't been able to hire more staff. It is what it is. Maybe stop thinking of having prescriptions filled should be as quick & easy as getting a coffee at 7/11. Y'all sound spoiled AF

Phone calls are dropped. Or hung up on Customer service is terrible. Drive through is shut down leaving a 30 minute wait in line even when you're sick and have no one else to get your prescription. The employees have an attitude when you go up to receive your medications Bryan or Ryan the pharmacist is extremely demeaning and treats you as though you've done something wrong when asking questions about certain meds. even though it took them four days to fill prescriptions from valley immediate care. that were sent over because I had Covid. Unprofessional. Definitely on the hunt for a new pharmacy. They used to be one of the best they like to use the "short staffed" as an excuse to miss treat people.

Worst pharmacy ever. I got a text that my prescription was ready and waited in line for 30 minutes to be told it wasn't. Drive thru is always closed and then I had to get back in line to wait some more. Changing pharmacies while in line again.

It’s been really bad lately. I’m assuming the reason they never answer their phone is because they have long lines of customers in the store that they have to help. But if they would answer the phone, people wouldn’t have to stand in those lines just to ask a question. I’m completely out of my inhaler and it’s still not ready after a week. I’m transferring somewhere else.

Shorter hours is making the line ridiculously long (20 customers in front of me today). The staff are working as efficiently as they can but give yourself time to wait!

Do not use this pharmacy. Terrible customer sevice, I called and got hung up on 3 times because they didn't want to pick up the phone. Awful wait times.
