Alec was super amazing. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and explained clearly the benefits of purchasing with Zales! I went to Fred Myers for repairs and the jewler chipped my Diamond . I picked it up went back to Zales where I bought my Diamonds ! Jes is so Amazing! And Letty assist Jes in taking care of me . FRED Myers chipped my Diamond than wanted to charge me 2,249. For repairs. My Dimond was colorless beautiful lady looked at fir 30 min in jewel scope my perfect Dimond! 7,000

8,000 Diamond worthless now!.
Jes thank you for taking care of my repairs cost me (0 $ )and is having a Diamond show Sept 8th Jes is helping replace what Fred Myers destroyed! I have witnesses but no insurance! Will have insurance for now on.
