DO NOT PUT YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!! I have everything I’ve ever owned in a unit at this place. Been there less than 3 months I just showed up today 4/17/25 and there is mice droppings on every single thing I own. The employee was not sympathetic AT ALL and informed me they don’t do pest control and don’t plan to. Even tried to blame the workers up the road? The second I find a new unit I will remove everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. NO PEST CONTROL AND NO PLANS FOR PEST CONTROL.

I've been storing my RV at Merlin Self Storage for several years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The facility is operated by a Navy veteran who goes above and beyond for his customers. He has been extremely helpful and consistently watches over my belongings, providing a level of care and security that gives me great peace of mind. I highly recommend Merlin Self Storage to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy storage solution. Five stars all the way!

The guy is super nice however the computer system went down a lil over a yr ago and we have suffered every since . I call and pay 1 to 2 month and have to numerous times to get him to take the payment. There is always some weird reason. . Last time I called i was told i may be owed money due to all this going on now all of a sudden i owe 1000 dollars I DON'T THINK SO NOT ON YOUR BEST DAY . I PAY MY BILLS. TO COURT WE GO
