“My husband and I ended up winning a hog in a raffle and were in a pinch with how to get it butchered since everywhere around was booked out 3 months. I talked to Merle's ( I think his name was Jake) about it and explained the situation and they squoze us in and came and did a home butcher for us. They left the area clean and did a great job. It was my first time having anything like this done and the employees walked me through everything very nicely and with a lot of patience. Our cuts have been great! I love how they packaged everything in both plastic and butcher paper. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.”
