This should be your first choice. Ricardo is a teacher. You'll be given top notch service and walk away with all the confidence that this was honest work. He saved our family by taking on a roadside breakdown that pushed into after hours. He anticipated the fix and immediately went out to get the parts. We were back on the road in a couple hours. His price was completely fair and reasonable. I wished we lived closer because Prodigy would be our preferred Automotive repair shop. I wish him the very best. Thank you!

My 2008 Cadillac broke down about 1 hour out of town when I was traveling on a Friday night. I called many of the auto repair shops in both Madras and in Bend and none of the would stay after 5 PM to fix the SUV EXCEPT Ricardo at Prodigy Automotive. Tow truck got the car to his shop at 5:30 and he got the parts and had the SUV fixed by 7:30 PM. I thought service like this was long gone but Ricardo proved that there are still great people in this world. I would give him 10 stars on this review if it would allow me. He is knowledgeable, honest, and his pricing is fair. A man of much integrity. Thanks again Ricardo.

I completely ruined my throwout bearing and needed it replaced along with my clutch. They sourced parts and had them in the shop in 1 day, got my car on the lift, and even stayed late to get it done. I dropped my car off on Wednesday night and they had it ready to rock and roll on Friday afternoon!

excellent work promptly done, great price. very honest with one of the repairs I wanted done, he pointed out it would be difficult to secure it as the hitch installed by U-Haul failed to replace an underneath shroud. But they way they did the job, there ws no way to secure the cover adequately and keep it from vibrating and maybe becoming dislodged. He could have just done the job and collected the money, instead he explained why the repair may not work for long. great service

Richardo, the owner, does a fantastic job! He was honest, up front with cost and his pricing is fair. We took our truck (diesel) in for engine repair and had our car in for maintenance. We are very pleased with his work. Our neighbors even take their vehicles to him!
