“I know the answer to the UPS then USPS question. The Order dept knows your parcel will be given to UPS, so your physical address is needed. If it is sent Sure Post (cheaper for USPS to deliver last miles), UPS is to deliver it to your post . If the UPS tracking # has a W or Y in it, it's SurePost). If you do not get street delivery, the office is supposed to return it.
It's been a long time since the clerks were given time to look up your box number n reroute. When u give your street address, add #box number at the end. (123 Pine st.#495). It's sad that the order dept doesn't tell customers this. This tells the clerks which box it should be delivered to. This is what I have learned.”
