I just had Subway for lunch and the employee who helped us, Kenneth, was really great. A couple years ago I came and I cannot say I was really impressed with the service or food. However, I had such a good experience today that I will go back. Largely because the service I received was really good. It was fast, professional, and was a well made sandwich. Not only did I notice that the service was good for myself, but I watched other customers receive good service and when he was not serving customers, I observed him cutting meat and preparing for later orders that were sure to come.

I ordered a call in order due to the app not working. When I called in the employee was very kind and said she would honor the buy one foot long get one free. While ordering she informed me they were out of turkey. Not a huge deal, but turkey I would think would be something to keep in stock. I had my son go pick the order up because my leg is broken in 3 places and I'm unable to drive. He came home and our order was totally wrong and I was overcharged. The BOGO was never applied to the order. I have tried to call 6 times and no one has answered the phone. It would just be nice to have a correct order, the price I was promised and little better service. Most of the time we have no problems. I think right now good help is very hard to find and keep

Such a convenient place to stop. Service was prompt. We both got flatbread sandwiches and they were just ok. The bread seemed stale and one of the sandwiches absolutely fell apart at first bite. So then it was a sandwich bowl. Then I tried to use the bathroom. So gross. The women's bathroom toilet was clogged so I used the men's restaurant. Again....disgusting. I mentioned how nasty it was and the gal behind the counter said "that's so weird because I cleaned it week ago"! A week ago? Uh....you're a food establishment. Don't think I'll stop there again. Hard pass.

I go to the Subway in Mill City. I always get good service. The employees here are definitely hard workers and always kind.

They were out of all their meat besides one of the pepperoni. The kitchen looks dirty. Three people were working and only one helped us. She was friendly. Very slow. Seems to be very badly managed. Drive thru is never open. Yep, pretty terrible.

It was 7:20, I thought they closed at 9 but all the chairs were stacked, they ran out of tomato’s, lettuce, onions and rotisserie chicken. I think they were just doing their close extra early tonight. They guy was really nice

So far ever time we go there. They are out of almost everything. From vegetables to bread and cheese. The people that work there are nice enough. But they have no help. I feel sorry for them. We live close by and know everyone and they all say the same thing. This place is in desperate need of good management and better pay “We love that it’s there but seriously please the owners do something about it. They have stopped offering gluten free sandwich rolls. That's a real shame because that's the only reason I ever stop there, was because I could get a gluten-free sandwich. I always appreciated the extra effort to ensure my safety as a customer, and now to just discard it because it's inconvenient/ hard to manage really sucks. Have you ever tried one of your salads with meatballs on it? It is not good. Please bring back the gluten-free sandwich rolls. Also when I came in today, I had to wait several minutes with only one other couple ordering ahead of me, and didn't even get greeted walking in.I don't know what's happened, your store never used to be this way, but you need to get on top of this.Dietary restrictions: With more and more people needing gluten-free options, I really can't see why you have chosen to drop this menu item.
