I know the answer to the UPS then USPS question. The Order dept knows your parcel will be given to UPS, so your physical address is needed. If it is sent Sure Post (cheaper for USPS to deliver last miles), UPS is to deliver it to your post . If the UPS tracking # has a W or Y in it, it's SurePost). If you do not get street delivery, the office is supposed to return it.
It's been a long time since the clerks were given time to look up your box number n reroute. When u give your street address, add #box number at the end. (123 Pine st.#495). It's sad that the order dept doesn't tell customers this. This tells the clerks which box it should be delivered to. This is what I have learned.

I had a package that was in a seemingly endless loop between Portland, Salem, & Mill City. Salem postal workers could not get the loop stopped, but Mill City figured it out & got my packed back to me.

The lady that delivers mail has refused and basically black listed my house from dropping off packages at my front door. This is a huge inconvenience for us. Her reasoning you may ask? She’s afraid my two dogs that bark at the window will jump through and attack her. Which is funny because my dogs are the most kind loving dogs. Of course there going to bark at strangers what do you expect? Do better for this little town! We were also never warned about being black listed. She wrote us a note saying she was afraid and I personally went in and told the lady at the front they won’t do a thing to her. There inside for gods sake. And btw no one else is afraid to deliver to my house. Amazon comes here all the time. As well as other delivery services.

Be prepared to have your packages and personal mail given to another box holder. After two+ months of filling out claims and appeals without a resolution and a loss well above $100, I will not be going back there. Do not expect them to take responsibility for their errors as that won’t happen.

Best service of any Post Office I have seen in three states. Helpful, Knowledgeable and when they do not know, they take the time to find out what you need.

This post Lady Patty refuses to put some of my mail in PO Box I pay for. I have my doctors office calling to conform my mailing address and then I get emails stating my mail was returned. Are you kidding me. I finally talked to someone above her. They said they were gonna give her a sturn talking. Well don't think it worked well cause I have got another call from doctors and another email stating my mail was returned to them.

Huge driveway, multiple places to park but you decided to drive up on my grass, leave muddy ruts and run over and crush two toys. All of the big box mail trucks manage to ALWAYS stay off my grass and never run over/destroy toys.
