Incredibly nasty, surly woman behind the counter. Just completely miserable and she wants to put that on everyone else around her instead of dealing with her problems like an adult. Should NOT be working in customer service lolUpdate: she’s a man hater or something? I went back. In line behind another elderly lady, she was extremely nice to her, but as soon as I got to the front of the line, her attitude changed to hateful again? lol. Never seen or talked to this lady before in my life

Always treat me well, helps me find things, and its great cashier is Awsome! I use Self checkout, very quick and I tip cashier everytime im there with a reeses peanut butter cup or Jerky...lol

Your app is garbage!!!!!! Employees do not care that the app isn’t working , nor do they assist in making it right. Why offer discounts/ coupons on your app IF THEY DO NOT WORK !!!!!

I walked into the store a couple weeks ago and immediately noticed how clean and organized it was since the last time I visited and knew instantly there must be new employees. The entire vibe is completely different, friendly, clean, the staff were able to answer questions. I personally had to thank each new employee I've seen since. Prior to this I used to get followed around the store like I was a thief the first time I get it but it continued to get worse despite me spending a decent amount all the time. If I asked a question I was shut don't with an idk or not my job the store was always a mess. So high five!!!

The service is terribl, The managers are not friendly, for some reason every time we go there they always say their self-service machine is broken, we get it, they always think that all Black people still, very easy to see that that they're not fond of people of Color, only one worker there and we don't see him often he's very kind to us when he do see us and very courteous and he treats us like human beings, and his name is Chris we really appreciate him, may God bless him, I hate shopping there because of their attitude, Manager with the black hair is rude as well there was a long line and he was just walking around talking with the people instead of helping, we don't still, I will take this further if need be We Don't Still!

I absolutely love that we finally got a Dollar general in Washington State. I guess this would be considered Oregon though but it is very close. It is not a dollar store so I do not get the words mixed up it is a store that has random stuff that is not expensive. Customer service is nice stuff is nice building is clean. I love going here to look for random stuff.

This place is extremely expensive and there is zero customer service. Their fruits and veggies are always bad as well. Might as well just go to a regular store because you won’t find a bargain here.

I love the whole. Mini. Mart appeal but you walk in and your at a loss of were to start .the fresh fruit and veggies are great .the frozen food choices are truly wonderfull .different than safeway decent pricing thru out the store. The movies are truly wonderfull not many stores still sale DVDs or blue rays. I'm not one to stream something I'm paying for I like the it's really there feeling .the craft section is wonderfull great for keeping the kids or myself busy. The toy section is great not huge pricess on the items, not cheaply looking either. The houseware section is great the selections are nice not over bearing on choices just the right amount to choose from.. they have a 6 pk of toilet paper for a buck every. Were else you might get 4.gthey also have store brand which works great to in a pinch. But they got you covered for all your basic needs I really like this store.
