When I got the ring back, the prongs holding the diamond had turned from silver to a dirty brownish color, and I was concerned but after emailing them the problem was fixed. They answered immediately and I brought the ring in, and they polished it. Now it looks great and shiny silver again. I’m happy with the customer service they provided!”
