I had snow tires swapped over a couple months ago here, and had two sets of lug nuts. I was told I needed to buy new lug nuts, as none of mine would work with the wheels that have the studded tires on them. Weird, but I bought them for $143.
After the swap, they told me my tires would need rotated when they put them back on after the snow is gone.
Fast forward to today. I go in to swap my snow tires off. They tell me I need new tires, and they won’t put my non studded tires back on.
I was there 20 minutes early to be in and out. They walked right past me, and helped people who pulled in right at 8.
Attached is a photo of my status check when I put my studded tires on a few months ago. The top result shows my non winter tires in the green. From a customer standpoint green means my tires are good to go. Why do you tell me my tires are good, but then refuse to put them back on my rig?
Also attached is my receipt for putting my studded tires on and buying lug nuts. Notes to review with customer says nothing about bad tires and that they will not be able to put them back on my truck..
It’s a bummer being new to this community, and this is how we get treated at the local Schwab’s.
**update: I tried this Les Schwab again…… I tried to get some wheels put on a jeep we recently bought. after my last experience was horrible here I thought, it’s a small town I should give this business the benefit of the doubt.
I went from the only vehicle in the parking lot to waiting for numerous vehicles to get pulled in while I just sit out by my rig. When I went in to ask about it, the older lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I instantly got talked at about how appointments take priority and I’ll just have to wait. No communication about this, and no time frame nothing. It’s like this place gets irritated you are there to spend money.
I went down the JC tires and received amazing service. They met me out at my rig which has never happened ant Schwabs in Milton and I was driving away with new wheels on my jeep in 20 minutes!
I’ve tried this Les Schwab a few times now since moving here and each time has been terrible. I’ve never been in a Les Schwab in my life that has had such rude and poor customer service at the front desk. It’s more efficient to drive almost 40 minutes to Pendleton, wait, and get service at the Les Schwab then drive 40 minutes back to Milton.
This Les Schwab is an absolute no go place of business for me and my family from now on.

Les Schwab in Moses Lake is the only place I trust to check out the safety of my vehicles car, truck or Recreational vehicle. The best tires are found at Les Schwab the best Garuntees are found here and they stand behind their garuntees.

Always great service with free repairs to fix flats. Great alignment jobs on vehicles. I will choose Les Schwab all the time compared to other shops in town. Very professional when working with the employees.

I would leave zero stars if possible. My family has been customers of the Milton Freewater Les Schwabs store for 25 years. We are closing our account and will not return. They talk to women like we are stupid while gushing when the men in our family go in. My teenager daughter is there this morning for a simple flat repair and is being treated like a second rate citizen. Absolutely unacceptable!! People worth should not be dependent on their gender!

Sorry, these guys wasted my entire morning. Told it would be within an hour, been here for two and my car isn’t even in the bay yet.
I usually love Les Schwab but this location is awful. The Wow customer service of Les Schwab isn’t at this location.
I have my tires with their own wheels ready for the winter tire switch. And they put a bunch of long-winded jobs in front of my 15 minute tire swap. That’s fine I guess, your call on how you run your business as far as work-flow goes, seems really dumb to me. But don’t tell me it’s gonna be within an hour.
Update: final time. Handed them my keys at 9:23am just turned on the ignition at 11:54am. No apology, just giving me a heads up that I need new tires next season. Well I’ll tell you what. I’m not buying them from you!

As always Les Schwab does a really good job of getting things done quickly. They fix the flat tire for me. It's all free because I always buy Les Schwab Tires. I personally highly recommend Les schwabs.
