“An elderly friend received a generic letter saying she needed a shot. I took her in to the Milton Freewater, OR RiteAid. The staff member at the pharmacy counter said she did not need it. She printed up the my friends shot history and took the time to explain the what, when, and who's about it. So many elderly people are confused and concerned about their health, it was nice to have someone take the time to help.”
