Miserable employees treating elderly like s*%#. Sorry Tomi that your life is miserable having to work at Safeway to provide for your family, but I do hope you actually do quit like you told me you were in line today as you slammed my 87 yr old grandmother's groceries around because you had to rescan a few items. Maybe get a job with zero interactions with customers. I sure hope nobody treats any of your grandparents that way, but I know for certain you wouldn't be there at the store helping them anyway like I was with my grandma. Because clearly you have zero patience or respect for the elderly. Karma always comes around eventually.. good luck.

Bought Somme mixed flowers for Easter today 15.99. The flyers were half dead and when I got them home they were even ugly. There were no slips for the flowers nor was their any keep alive packets. And I bought the best they had. This is the second time I've been had by the lousy flower shop manager at Safeway in Milton freewater. Obviously she doesn't give a dam about quality or customer service. I will never purchase flowers again from this dump department. Buyers be ware! .

Price gouging while going out of business is quite an accomplishment, but appears to be the business strategy at Safeway/Albertsons/Kroger. Milk, meat, catfood, you name it, prices are through the roof and I would estimate that 40 percent of the items offered are out of stock in the Milton-Freewater store. Where the price gouging is localized and most obvious is in the bakery department on the fresh baked goods. 12 mini cupcakes, $5.99. Boxes of cookies that were 5.99 are now 8.99 Just a couple of examples, but prices are soaring throughout the store, and if you can find it in stock, you will overpay for it. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 miles to the Grocery Outlet in Walla Walla, where you will find great prices and very few out-of-stock items. And no, I do not work at Grocery Outlet/Bargain market, but I do shop there even if it does take a gallon of gas to make the trip. Except for the price gouging and if I didn't know better, I would think Safeway is going out of business. Their pricing strategy is saving me money by driving me into the store of a competitor, so I have to give Safeway that much credit at least. Oh, yeah, and tonight they were out of bags. This place has seen my last dollar, and I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere as well. I am sick of this s**t

This guy and his buddy that took over Safeway. walks around Safeway. no mask. filthy shirt. so sad that you hired this guy. He and his buddy ran our best employer (sykes-pnc bank) right into the ground with his laziness. now. here he is at my store. I have to drive to walla just to shop now at Walmart. disgusting to look at. wash his shirt. teach him to wear his mask. don't let him destroy our Safeway like he did to Sykes. lazy. dirty. and WILL NOT WEAR A MASK

This store has gone down hill over the years! In the past service was great! Now no one says hello to you, the checkers are slow. The line is always ridiculously long and it seems as though non of the workers care about it! I feel that this store should have self checkouts or more checkers
