I rented from her for a couple years. She is only there for the money. NOT great customer service. None at all. It says 24 hour availability but how can that be when it's closed from 9pm to 6am?? It also says weather proof roofing....not unless something has changed, my small unit leaked from ceiling, rust colored water...no concern of hers, she told me she's not responsible. And don't try spending any time at the unit "they are not about that". No electricity No garbage and INFESTED with mice, my stuff was ruined when I got it out. Would never rent from them again.
