Amazing, postal worker delivers package to the wrong address. Then you can't get ahold of the Post Office or speak to somebody in the Post Office. To come and pick up the package period it's not my responsibility to return a package to the Post Office. I mean I could but if the Post Office can't even answer their phone, why should I deliver a package back to them? But I'm trying to tell they delivered to the wrong address. This was for the customer. I think it's said Christina Laura. Lar A. So hopefully christina lara reads this

Favorite post office ever. Super friendly and polite, almost never a line, and NO MUSIC to have to listen to!!!!! I drive 20 minutes and past two other offices to come here. Well worth it.

0 Stars. Absolute garbage. Drove 45 mins to start the passport process. I was told to go home and make an appointment online and that they couldn't make it in person. So I come all the way home and I'm unable to make the appointment on the website. I call and listen to a ring for God knows how long. I try to call again later just to be told that I have to come back in to make the appointment in person. He refused to do it over the phone. So I have to drive another 45 mins both directions just to make an appointment to come back for a third time to actually get help. What a joke. The man helping me was not kind or accommodating in any sort of way.

Worst mail service I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. They won’t pick up my mail and going to make my bills late. In person they are so rude. I will see who I can report this to, seems like other reviewers have the same problem. Government service, unacceptable

Unprofessional and rude. How could you possibly be so lazy in such a small town? I believe that this isn’t the case. I theorize that these are incredibly cynical people, and are taking out their anger on strangers, making their lives purposefully more difficult. I will be doing some research on how to overturn the current staff, this is a civil service and desperately needs cleansing of its current filth

I had the best experience here at Milton Freewater Post Office. The Postmaster and another employee took their time helping me with all my questions and then helped me package up my items to ship. They were very friendly, polite and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They're overworked and most of them are doing their best, but people need to understand that amounts of packages and mail change daily, so there never is a “set†delivery time. All of my interactions here have been lovely from the workers, and any bad interactions were from the public who decided to leave their manners in the toilet at home for some ungodly reason.

The staff at the post office are always helpful and kind. I have called them directly for mis-directed or lost items and they always go out of their way to lend a hand. I am knocking off one star since some of their delivery mailmen/mailwomen struggle with getting things in my mailbox correctly, but overall I think they do well.

I have sat in my car and watch the delivery driver not even attempt to deliver packages to my house. She will automatically write me a pick up note. Annoying!!
