“Michelle in the grooming center is so fantastic! She is incredibly patient with dogs new to grooming and she's always so kind to owners. My dog made her bleed from scratches the first time he was groomed and within two more sessions he was just wiggling up into her arms for snuggles. 14/10 would recommend.”

“DOES NOT RECOMMEND!! The worse clinic I have ever experienced. They show absolutely no empathy with your animal. My second time with them because my dad's dog (Diego) isn't doing so well. Diego's first visit was when I had just got him in 2006, he was hit by a car. They wanted a full payment to save him of $1000. Fast forward, I had a baby of my own and my dad took Diego and has raised him up until May 2020 and my dad unexpectedly passed away. I have had Diego since. Now, Diego is old and is not doing so well. I called where my dad has been taking him. The lady was rude and said they are not scheduling finally after I asked can I get him in at all. After she had been short with me about when he was last seen. I have a preference with another clinic but thought it would wise to take Diego to this clinic where there is record of him. She was just trying to get me off the phone. While my family is crying because we know his time is ending and he going to be with our dad/grandpa. They (she) showed absolutely no empathy.”

“Dr Kidd's new Urgent Care clinic is a literal life saver. She is the only vet in Eastern Oregon that will see a snake. A one hour drive was worth every minute to save his life. She treated me and my tiny little Dwarf Python with total respect as did her staff. Performed a thorough and serious exam, prescribed the appropriate drug carefully calculated for such a tiny animal. She also helped me correct my husbandry without making me feel ashamed. And when I called last week before I was even a client she was willing to give me some helpful advice regarding husbandry for getting him through the weekend. He only weighs 75 grams and was down to 60 grams 4 days ago due to dehydration and not eating for 7 weeks. He is now drinking on his own and last night willingly ate a frozen, thawed mouse. There's a chance he still might not make it but if that happens it won't be for lack of the very best veterinary care.”
