After doing diligence, having 4 bids asking lots of questions and reading reviews, I decided on Bach for my garage floorMy decision was impart based on the person doing the measuring, answering questions and explaining the process. Kirk was by far the most thorough, personable, knowledgeable, and sane. The others were fast talking sales folks essentially stepping on the competition trying to make themselves look superior.The work started onetime, the guys introduced themselves and have to say, they were a breath of fresh air. They were polite all about the “please” and “thank you”. A basic courtesy lost these days. The work was completed the same day as promised, and again with thank you for the business.Within the next couple days, I actually got a hand written thank you note, who does this these days...I would highly recommend Bach, hands down. The floor looks great, and these guys are professional smart and very easy to work with.

I honestly cannot adequately describe how great this experience was for me and my wife. The entire process from start to finish was communicated well and done at a fantastic price. And the amount of work they put into the finished product was nothing short of amazing.

We were very pleased with the work Bach Custom coating did with our garage and shop floor . The crew was on time , did a great job and the estimate and cost were well explained and fair . I would highly recommend this business and have in fact done so .

Bach custom coatings is a CLASS ACT! They did a beautiful job on my garage floor a couple of years ago. Recently I was working with them on another project and mentioned that there was a small area in my garage, under one of the tires that had started to deteriorate. They immediately sent Kirk out to inspect and we scheduled a repair right away. After they sanded and re-coated the floor, they called me to tell me they were not satisfied with it and they were going to sand it down to the concrete and redo the whole garage. This was almost 1,500 square feet and they had in done at the end of the following day. I would say they went above and beyond. Kirk, Lino, Anthony and Jeff. Bach did an outstanding job, better than our expectations. The garage floor was finished with every detail perfect. 4 months later, the floor still looks like new, no tire marks , no issues that people experienced on epoxy or competitor floors. We were on a very tight timeframe and wanted to have our garage floor finished with an epoxy-like coating to give it a more finished look, hide done cracks, and make it easier to clean. Bach responded to our inquiry right away and found a way to quickly fit us into their schedule. They were great to work with, and the finished product is everything we hoped it would be. We contracted the guys from Bach Custom Coating to redo our old basement concrete floor. They ground of the old paint, filled in any cracks, slightly leveled the floor, stained and finished it with a water based epoxy. It came out great. I had Bach Custom Coatings refinish the concrete slab floor in a large shop. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they were responsive: called back when they said they would, showed up on time, finished in the time they said. They were just really polished and professional. Estimator was really informative about the pros and cons of each type of coating system. The chip floor looks great and will be much cleaner. Had Bach grind and coat a finished basement floor. I removed a heap of despicable Home Depot tile and cat soiled carpet. They came in with grinders and flash patch and took it all down to clean flat concrete. We were originally planning on linoleum but the satin epoxy on concrete looks great. Easy to clean and hard to damage. Perfectly prepped for linoleum if we decide to do it in the future. The whole process was cheaper than just the material cost for decent linoleum.I’m a general contractor and deal with underwhelming subs all the time. The crew was friendly, punctual, clean and straightforward. Bach Custom Coatings did an absolutely beautiful job on our garage floors. Every day I am still thrilled to see how awesome it looks. Their punctuality was phenomenal , customer service was right on! I would give them 10 stars if that was a rating! My only wish is that I would have done this 20 years ago. If I could recommend this company to everyone I would , from 1st step to last, remarkable!
