Deane needs no introduction, as probably half of the glowing reviews here are about her. She was extremely helpful and was out to not just do her job, but to help me file my taxes right. She’s trustworthy, experienced, and has the intentions to help people because that’s why she’s working this job. I find that incredibly sincere and admirable, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for questions and help with finances and taxes.

I've never had issues with other HR Blocks. This is the first time I've needed a Block Advisor for business purposes, so I was a new customer at this particular location.The most polite way for me to express this: if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, do not go here. It is not safe.My fianceé and I are kind, calm, and professional people. We walked away from our meeting at this location shaking and very upset.Now I didn't meet everyone in the building, but the few people that I interacted with was enough proof for me to withdraw my business from them.

Showed up for my 7:30 appointment at 7:30 on the dot. Front door was locked and phone number listed on the front of the building took me to a national hotline and they were zero help. Used H&R block for nearly a decade and they just lost a customer.

My family and I go through Deane Reed. Praise to the lord for her to be able to file my taxes. This place and also my Tax advisor always is respectful, very knowledgeable, always knows what's best when it comes to filing my taxes for me. I do recommend this place to do your taxes. They truly try to get all for you with your taxes of what you can get back.

Tax preparers don't follow up very well. I got shuffled around to 3 different people, in 3 visits this month. On the filing deadline, they called and told me they are not able to help me with my returns. They claim they have Staffing issues according to thier voice mail. I do not recommend this H&R Block office.
