Very friendly staff from the sales to service team. Sean worked with us to come up with a deal that met our needs and their own. I appreciate that they don't work on commission and they seem to listen. And they were fast -- buying a car was much faster there than the last two cars we bought at other dealerships. We'll come back here again next time we are in the market for a car. Keep bringng in the electric vehicles, Crown Motors PDX.

Had a great experience buying my work van here. I actually had an issue with the van the day I brought it home, but the owner drove to my house after hours to take a look at it. He even paid for the repairs after I brought it to the mechanic. I bought the car "as-is" so he really didn't have to help me out like that. Their pricing is fair compared to other dealerships, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is a hell of dealership! It barely felt like I was buying a car, and more like I was trading cards with my friend when I was growing up. Aaron is THE BEST Salesperson I have ever worked with on a car sale and REALLY knows his stuff. His knowledge of the finance world and many years he's put in really shows when he goes up to bat for you. I wasn't in the best credit situation, and he managed to get it to work out really well in the end. The rest of the employees are extremely friendly and the few I really interacted with made me feel right at home! Will definitely be receiving mine and my friends business again should the chance arise!

Car was priced fairly and seems to be a good car. However the financing was a nightmare. Was charged a hidden fee for vehicle theft I was never asked about and for sure would have denied as I put money down and instantly had equity in the car no need for an extra fee for the car. I didn’t receive a break down and after crunching the numbers as I am a Washington resident and needed to check on price of purchase taxes and licensing fees discovered an additional $1000 and when called and ask finance they claimed it was for licensing fees and added accessories I said I never asked for any accessories(theft protection) feel very taken advantage of on top of that it was Veterans Day. Happy Veterans Day to me got ripped

I got a great car at a fair price. The sales person was friendly and personable and the overall experience was generally good, although they did keep trying to sneak gap insurance and an unnecessary and overpriced warranty into the deal. Once I said no, they didn't pressure too much, but it was still mildly irritating that they tried to push that nonsense. I suppose it is common in used car places, but it still always strikes me as shady.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Turned from what I thought was the best experience to the worse experience ever!! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM! They will screw you over & when you confront them regarding exactly what they did they will act as if they will make it right then turn around and back out an leave you hanging high an dry. They have screwed many others over and have attempted too as well an they will not be able to slide by on this one this time. RAY I'll SEE YOU IN COURT.

We really loved the experience here! We purchased a Lexus ES from Sean at Crown Motors. The vehicle was clean just like Sean stated before we drove from Eugene. He went through the vehicle while we were on the phone, he also sent pictures to ensure we like the car before making the drive. Sean was also very knowledgeable! Very low key, smooth and seamless atmosphere.

Liars. Do not trust them. They responded to our Craigslist ad to sell our car, going so far as saying that they would buy it for a specific price, then when I drive an hour (with 2 cars) they say they would never offer a price without seeing the car. They blamed the salesperson (not present) when we showed the text message stating the check was already cut to us. Once they knew they were wrong, the owner still tried to negotiate down from the amount promised for things CLEARLY identified already in the craigslist listing. Support another business or buy from a real person.

They "wrote a check" to buy my car for 13,500. I drove an hour there to find they had no check written, that they couldn't do that price anymore, and that my car (which is an EV) needs new spark plugs and an oil change.Flakey, irresponsible, and unknowledgeable. If the owner would own up to their employees mistakes on their behalf, it could have gone better.TL;DR: Don't sell a car here.

Do business elsewhere. They responded to a Craigslist ad and low balled us on our car. They convinced us to come in by saying they had cut a check and had it ready for us and to come in anytime, asking us to remove the Craigslist ad. When we got there, the claimed that the car needed spark plugs and an oil change after their certified technology looked it over in addition to minor scratches that were disclosed in the Craigslist ad. First off, it's an electric vehicle, so it doesn't have spark plugs or oil. It was clear they had no intention of honoring their offer and blamed their salesman after we showed them his texts. It's clear that the owner plays "blame the customer" whenever there is a bad review. All I'm saying is that there have to be better places to spend your money. Don't waste time here.

Speechless with the sales man Jaspreets, he is literally an angel sent from heaven.. He went above a beyond to help me an my daughter get into a new rig that worked best for us.I’d say Crown Motors PDX is one lucky company to have a sales man like him.

This was a outstanding experience. Treated me like family. Did not stop doing there job till I walked off the lot with what I wanted. Not what they wanted to sell. If you need a car or want to trade in a car. These are the people you go to.

If you want to be judged and ignored even when you roll up in a 40k dollar truck definitely go here. Salesman seemed as though he couldn’t be bothered. Told me to go to the website so he didn’t have to do his job.I’d never buy a car from someone who disregards a customer in moments.

Sean at the beginning was great, he helped me over the phone and by texting me. Got me a great payment plan. He was also very respectful and made us feel very welcomed.
