Try to make cancellation on reservation online cannot figure it out hoping I’m not getting charged. Tried to do it earlier but was a bit late.

The hours are a little frustrating. Nothing against their staff, but their phone answering machine lists their hours as being 8-5, but their website lists them as being 9-4 which lead to a ton of confusion with our pickup. Be ware of Portland traffic. If you show up even a few minutes after 4, you can’t get your car.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The driver Tim drove down to Eugene to get me the vehicle I needed and Courtney went on a hunt at other locations to find me that vehicle. Amazing team!
