Paul here was super kind! He replaced my tags (which I had in my glove compartment and had forgotten to do). He grabbed me paper towels when I spilled my sandwich on myself. The team replaced my oil very quickly.

Felt lazy so decided I'd overpay for a quick oil change instead of doing it myself. Lesson learned. Overpriced, underfilled, left my engine covered in all my old oil, didn't tighten anything back down that they took out, cross threaded the oil plug. Never go here.

We apparently arrived at a slow time so we were in immediately. All of the staff were welcoming and considerate. They gave us lots of information about our car that was above and beyond what one could expect. They were all great and we appreciate them. We'll definitely return there. DRC

UPDATE- I did go back to Jiffy Lube only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. They ended up zip-tying it back up.Horrible service. I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for an oil change and left with them forgetting to put all my push rivet screws back on the skid plate.
