We waited hours for a pickup order. No one came to help us, until we called the store questioning our order. (We did the app thing) They're lazy with pick-up orders until you call them and make them actually do their job. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a pickup order. Unless you want to wait hours even if you do it through the app. I also saw a lot of people returning lots of products. Seems like their items are faulty and flawed.

I was shopping here with my family the other day for decor and some other essentials. I've been a customer of Lowe's for years. Everything was very easy to find, and the courteous and helpful staff made our trip a joy. My complements to the associates and excellent management team for an exceptionally clean and well run store. The superb level of customer service and support shows the care and quality training that is the hallmark of a good and well run establishment.

Josh the fulfillment lead was fantastic. There was an issue transferring an order from another store and he took me to the pro desk to get it straightened out and followed up with the paint department so they could start mixing my paint to save time. Keys at the pro desk was very helpful as well.

I would give this Lowes
Zero Stars If that was possible!
WORST LOWES EVER ??
AND POOR 2 NO MANAGEMENT??
Was told to wait 2 weeks to get measured for window treatments!
After 2 weeks they forgot who we were?? Then after a few days figured it out and then took another week to send someone out!
Then we went into pay with our Lowes card! They rang it up twice by mistake and then asked me to apply for more credit to pay for it until they could credit our account!
After I got credit raised they couldn't find my account in their system and was told to call lowes card fraud department . After 2-3 hrs of trying to reach someone and making a short phone video to prove I was actually who I said I was, they said that wasn't necessary and I'd have to wait 3-4 days for both sales to be deleted and one sale to be reentered in their system..So after a few days I went back into Lowes and had them redo the sale and I was sent home with an order number and emailed that number with a receipt! The next day (friday) Lowes emailed me to say they cancelled that order( but couldn't tell me why )and told me I'd have to wait till Monday for them to try it again! So Monday comes - They redo sale correctly this time and it goes thru! We then asked to speak to a manager and then connected us with an assistant manager whose wife was just diagnosed with a terminal illness and should have been home with her! I asked to talk to the manager Stacy and that she call me and she never did!! So one day when "part" of the order is delivered, it is thrown onto our driveway by an extremely rude delivery driver who
ends up damaging one of the blinds but we don't know till a few days later when the installers come! Installers notify us that one window treatment is damaged, 2 are missing and 2 don't fit properly and then proceed to install the window treatments they can.. This is when I notice the valances I ordered were completely wrong on
Everything they installed.. I call Lowe's and leave a message again for Stacy the Store Manager and nothing!! So I call lady in home decor department! She explains we have to call the company who makes the window treatments if we are unhappy and that there's nothing Lowe's can do except reorder the rest of the treatments that were missing , sized wrong and broken!
THIS LOWES IS THE WORST WE'VE EVER BEEN TOO! Reading the other poor reviews here I completely understand and agree ! GO ELSEWHERE ??????????

Thanks for the great customer service.
I’m closer to the Wood Village Lowe’s but come over to this one or go to Home Depot now because of the lousy customer service at Wood Village.

Short Version: Manager can’t be bothered with item dissatisfaction.
I got an appliance, and shortly after attempting to use the item in space I realize the unit was not going to work. I called and while I am in the limits of my return. The story shortly changed from the manager and they said that they could not accommodate me and I just try the original Lowe’s of purchase (which is an hour away.)

This was my review from a year ago: The garden center is not very good nor is the help throughout the store.
They now have great staff in the garden center. I talked with 3 of them and all were very helpful.

Randall Murray from the Lowe's Pro Desk in Clackamas, based out of Portland, Oregon, is an absolute gem! I work for a property management company and have had to call the Pro Desk several times. Each time, I have been lucky enough to work with Randall. He is the definition of what it means to provide quality customer service. He went above and beyond each time I spoke with him, and that man truly deserves a raise. Thank you for all that you do, Randall!

Just not a fan of this lowes. The service sucks bad.
Tried it again today 6/8. Yep still super long check out lines and multiple employees standing around not helping. I just don't understand this lowes. Changed to 1 star.
