“We were recently traveling in Portland from Texas and had a problem with my mother’s wheelchair. Several of our group tried to fix it, looking up videos and guides, with no luck. We went to Shamrock to have it looked at and they were able to fix it within about five minutes. We asked what we owed them and they said nothing at all. They even recommended a place that we go to eat lunch And they were going to give us a loaner if they couldn’t figure out how to fix it right away. Such very kind people and so very helpful. Could not have asked for better service.”
“Just filled out form and sent in. Had a scam text while getting my cpap machine. It was from Fed ex. Got the feeling someone along the way knew I was getting a package. It was very professional looking just like fed ex. Seemed to know all the details. Not saying it had anything to do with this company. They sent text and wanted money due to they said I wasn’t home when they tried to deliver it. Got text two hours after talking to rep. They wanted a dollar and eighty cents for storage in their warehouse. I went to the real fed ex site and they say they will never ask for money. Plus I never got a tag on door that they tried to deliver. Just want people to be aware in case it happens to someone else. The fake fed ex text looked very real except for the number it came from. I haven’t dealt with fed ex so I didn’t know if they did charge but there were too many other things that weren’t right. It was either just the timing or someone is being hacked. Don’t fall for it.”

Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”
“As a 82 year old retired Surgeon's Assistant and above knee amputee. I do understand what its like to have a prosthesis that is comfortable to wear and fit well. In order for the prosthesis to fit well, you first needs a prosthetist that is experience in making a prosthesis. I have been wearing a prosthesis since I was 16 years of age. Retiring 15 years ago from surgery where I spent many hours standing at the operating table, it was important that my prosthesis had to fit well.Recently, I needed to replace my suction socket because of weight again. Every prosthetist I made an appointment with I was told they had never made a friction knee prosthesis/they nolonger had the equipment to do the alignment. In the meantime,I had to use crutches. I must say this, their are some prosthetistin the nearby Seattle Area should never be allowed to touch a patient. I must say also, never fall for when a prosthetist tell you that they can come to your home, office, library to fit you with a prosthesis or their fabrication is done elsewhere not in there clinic. Never fall for when you are told by the [prosthetist] they work out of their home. You're being had. I've been there before.After planning to fly to Provo Utah to have a new socket made my wife found a company in Portland Oregon. After making contact with Oregon Artificial Limb Company, I made an appointment. Carlos Lewis was my prosthetist. On my morning visit I was casted, I went back that afternoon. That afternoon Carlos had made me a socket, did the alignment and had me walking on my prosthesis.Carlos did more in 4-5 hours than the one prosthetist had done in6 months. And that no a joke.”
