I am moving from one public storage to this one due to cost and gate hours. I paid for a month at both locations so I could organize my things as I am downsizing my unit by half or more. It's taken some time trying organize everything to fit, I left the old place after gate hours after losing track of time, however when I called to get out they were opening the gate at the new location so they called me the next day stating they were putting me on restricted hours due to the amount of time I've been there. Even after explaining why and moving and that I need to be out of the other unit by June 1st they were unwilling to unstrict my hours so I could finish this move ( 1 week left of the 30 days I paid for at both locations). Very unprofessional that they refuse to give me the month I paid for at both locations to get my stuff move in and in an organized way so i can easily find things whenI need to come grab something.
