Awesome Staff!! I needed help urgently. I called a few times in one day with so many questions. Brittany answered the phone each time and talked me through all of my questions with patience, thoughtfulness and understanding. Michelle has also helped my other half at a time that felt extremely important. Michelle helped resolve a problem he was having with a lock. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with patience and understanding.
I was, and remain truly grateful for Brittany and Michelle's kindness coupled with professionalism with regard to every call I made that day to Brittany. Michelle took time and effort to make sure our lock worked out.
They have both continued to be a great help regarding our business with Public Storage. Thank you so very much Brittany and Michelle :)

Easy, fast and at a great price. Got here on a Sunday and Michelle was quick to welcome me followed by assisting me with getting set up. She made sure to ask me questions I didn’t think of. Such as seeing the unit before renting and asking if I needed a lock. She also let me know her hours and whereabouts if I need her during my time on the property. She is thorough and sweet. Made my Sunday!

Michelle was my clerk and she was so so kind to me! It was just past closing time and she helped with with such patience! I felt bad for taking up her time, but so grateful she was able to help me get all my documents in order and help with accessing my storage unit! Couldn’t be more thankful as I am rushing to move my things and was able to get the help I needed just in time ?
