This exact location iswhere I would only use for storage. There's a man there who showed me true compassion as well as a problem solver. But heres the thing he helped in a way that his hand was out for me all I had to do is get up and meet him half way. He was a teacher and then I went out and saved my storage unit. He didn't have to do any of the but when you let go of ego and say I need help real people can see that. His name is Kelly Smith. I didnt know himand had my thoughts about him, he showed me that hes a real man and for that im truly grateful and I hope I can have his integrity one day. Thankyou Kelly you're a amazing man !!!

We were at public storage unloading a 26' uhaul. It was 98 degrees. We are in our mid sixties, with health issues. Our helpers didn't show up. Justin came by & introduced himself. He came by frequently to check up on us, making sure we had water, & that we were drinking enough, & taking breaks. I thought that was excellent customer service. Above & beyond.
Kelly, the manager, also introduced himself. He helped my wife figure out stuff with the app when it wasn't working right. Thank you, Kelly. They both earned 5 stars. Wish I could give more.

This is a review ONLY for staff. Kelly, the onsite manager is amazing. He’s been helpful trying to figure out the app issues. When he couldn’t get it, he gave me the help center line, which is impossible to find in the app.He’s also always very kind, saying hi whenever he sees us.
I’ve also dealt with Justin. My husband & I had all our helpers bail. We are 64 & 63, & it was 95 degrees. We had a 26 foot U-Haul. Justin kept coming down to check on us. Making sure we rested, had plenty of water, and that we were actually DRINKING the water. He was very kind.
