The tech was very pleasant, but the appointment took much longer than expected. I was called about 5 minutes after my appointment time, then sat in the chair for another 10 minutes before my blood was drawn. This is after I had already completed the chick-in where my ID & insurance card were scanned.

Waiting room was quiet and you have the option to wait in your car or shop and get a text when they are ready. The technician was very kind and helped me when I fainted and made sure I was okay. I would recommend this Quest location rather than the Portland ones.
