Apparently employees are allowed to just close up whenever they because went there today ND they were supposed to close 8 it was 7:55 all I wanted was to do was exchange the color so 5 min was enough time cause I knew what I wanted ND they were closed very unprofessional in my opinion

saw a very pretty girl with dark red hair, short, and beautiful piercings. Helped me find just what I was looking for. I believe her name started with an H. Give that girl a raise!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two young women who stood on their phones at the counter laughing and talking with each other and didn’t offer help not even one time. Two Caucasian young ladies, one with chin length dark brown hair with bangs & the other with chin lengths hair with split half green & blue hair in a hat. I won’t be returning to this location. Unless you know what you want I highly recommend not going to this location.

Nice staff, knowledgeable and helpful.I just wish they had the products I am looking for in stock more often. It gets frustrating trying to find items that it seems even the Sally Beauty website has trouble keeping in stock consistently, so the problem is with corporate, obviously (& probably supply chain issues as well), and not specifically this location's fault at all.

Do not buy any trimer from sally beauty store because they are not responsible for return or replacement even if the product is faulty and not your fault. I bought a walh trimer and the battery is not rechargeable. called them and they said no return or replacement. you have to contact walh service center. they are only responsible for collecting the money and others will not care about you. this is my shopping experience in sally beauty. do not go again.

Went there yesterday to get some shampoo and conditioner for my hair need to repair it after bleach damage so I needed some help there were 2 people behind the register and one on the floor so I asked the girl on the floor for some help I had to ask multiple times for her then to ask one of the girls behind the register to help me , idk why she was unwilling to help she was rude but the girl who actually helped me was super sweet and very helpful, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with workers there being rude

Stopped in the store today to try and get something to add some shine to my hair and possibly something to tone down the brassiness. There were two workers helping other customers so I waited around until one of them was free. They were done with their customers and they proceeded to restocking the shelves. One of the two workers asked another customer if they needed help and the second worker with the bad bangs and makeup did not bother to ask me if I needed help even when I passed by her in the aisle. Waited another 5 minutes before I decided to leave due to lack of customer service. No wonder the simpletons work at a beauty supply store and not in an actual salon. Can't help to wonder if I didn't get any help because I am not white like the other customers and employees? Won't be coming back just in case. Deuces!

Great selection, sometimes prices can be beat elsewhere but they have a price match guarantee if you want to go to the trouble of proving it in the store.Employees have been helpful when I had questions, and always greet me when I first walk in.

Been shopping here for at least 15 years !! all done as of today !! I bought thousands of dollars worth of products over the years here and now I go to return two bottles of noodle head that have changed their formula to a somewhat Elmers glue type ... which of course is Not usable as far as I'm concerned and they will not take it back without a receipt ?? No excuse these days !! I used a credit card and all they had to do was put it back on just like every other store!? . Never thought to keep the receipt because I've been buying that same product for many years now with very good results but they changed the product to a "Cruelty free " product ... and the product is now like GLUE which is absolutely worthless ! Made a mess of my hair! Seriously!! So I see why you have a very low rating here on Yelp!

Rude, unhelpful, snobby workers who know nothing about beauty products of any kind
