“It was spectacular. I like stores, and they had a lotta good ones. I walked around with my ruffle fries from The Hen House in and out of stores and it was great. Good fries.”
“Have a lot of stores there's a Verizon a grocery store my tan Republic at Starbucks and a few other stores it's a really good area. Very respectful and clean as well.”
“I literally go this mall every 2 weeks when I get my paycheck, spending time and money here is worth it, and I see them doing some contructions like they're expanding the mall sizes”

“Fantastic place
Going or coming from airport

If you live in area, again, great place to shop and eat”
“We went to the vegan Pig Out and it was fantastic food. The owners are really down to earth & sweet. The food was appropriately messy & delicious. We highly recommend it & will be back on repeat. ?”
“I like the shops, the bakery, spendy but yummy.
Basics is a really nice high end shop with a marvelous butcher's there is a shoe mender whose work is magic”
“My wife and I went to the Geek Squad at the Best Buy store where Devon greeted us and helped us with our computer needs. Devon was very cordial and thoroughly professional in helping us with our computer needs, and he even looked at the printer that we brought in, and helped us as much as he could with that as well. Thank you, Devon, for the great service you gave us, and for even trying to help us with our printer, too. The Geek Squad is blessed to have you as a valued member of their team!”
“Just your typical area mall. Many food choices here, and in the immediate area. There are at least 100 restaurants, cafe's, etc., in and around the mall. Plus, there's Cartlandia a couple miles north on 82nd Ave., if you love food trucks... there are about a dozen and a half options there.”
“Narrow parking spaces, larger vehicles (mid & full size pickups and SUV's will find it difficult to fit into spaces designed for cars only slightly larger than a Prius). The DMV office used to be an undiscovered gem. Word seems to have spread. Some online appointments may stretch out for a month or more, and walk-in wait times may be an hour or more.”
“Jason with sales is great. Service department needs to be checked on constantly or things dont get done correctly. (Service gets 3 stars, sales got 5 so an average of 4)”
“Crew of 12 for monthly catch up. Has a party room that seats 30. Pizza & beer but full menu. The French dip was amazing & salad bar is small but just the right amount of choices.”
“Love Nybeeg Rivers market, it has groceries, but a lot more. However, it is not so much the stuff they carry, it is also the atmosphere, and the area, the visual elegance, the smiles, home like, back on the farm, the roots of America in a way. I was in there and in 5 minutes I found a unique gift for my wife, and a beautiful purple iris, for my eldest daughter, and the coolest little pink flower in a brass pot for my beautiful granddaughter. 5 minutes! They had books, plants, all kinds of things at this market one would expect groceries. Simple unique style, simply caring about the little extra items made the difference for me. I hope everyone in Portland swings by there for a taste of cool, warmth, home if you will!
Great going Nyberg Rivers market.

“Lots of shops lots of restaurants in around it good place to go when you're looking for different types of food Burgers Chinese Mediterranean sushi and a pub”
“Seems like a great place to stop from dhs Wendy's liquor store the light House a place for the lottery Taco Bell and Fred meyer across the street, chevron gas and 7 11 rounds out the starting lineup”
“I have been temporarily relocated to within walking distance of the WINCo of Hazeltown.I find the store a comfort as it is organized like others.Great produce as anticipated. I was not able to quickly find odd items, being likely my fault. Unfortunately my timing was not the time to have qualified assistance. So I left without treats, in retrospect, smart.I enjoy shopping at WINCO if the crew enjoys helping. This one does.”
“I loved it when they were over here. In Clackamas county. Easy to get to easy to park. Now there location, it's hard to park. But the story itself is great.”
“Fubonn is getting better and better. The pictures I took are the veggies we always get. Sure, the products may not be for everyone but at the same time, they do have a lot of variety. It's hard to explain but I guess aside from the "typical Chinese" produce there's also other Asian spices, Vietnamese, Thai, etc. I think it's better than when I was a kid. Especially during the weekends or Friday do they have the lots of fresh Asian veggies.”
“There is a lot here. I think the parking lot is a little scary, especially the intersection in front of Starbucks. Then again, I'm often scared of parking lots. Make of that what you will.”
“It can get pretty busy here during the holidays or when one of the stores has sales going on. Theres some good stores to visit, my kids like going to Target, The et store and Game stop. There is plenty of parking.”
“Wish they'd get a new grocery outlet in there.Or, Safeway, something Less Expensive than Fred Meyer. There are a lot of apartments around the area. They could easily walk the Hedges Green. Walking to Fred Meyer isn't gonna work for most people. It's a nice strip mall, but it only has a Staples, Petco, Hallmark (yes, there are a few still around), Starbucks, & TJMAXX.”

“Plenty for the local yocal and passer through folk to do. Eats n'drinks n'lottery(little Caesars, Johnny's and Dottys almost next door to each other) liquor store(and Ross, Michael's etc)across 82nd ave. Dispensaries and a couple waterin holes just on up yonder ways;) SE Happy Portland Valley is kinda cool after 30 years in SE, SE LOL. Its still felony flats, just the very edge of the flats. I mean misdemeanor meadows is kinda blah, IMHO. But that's subjective and the last part of my review should be taken with a large grain of salt ?”
“This open air "shopping center" has a LOT to offer! Some of my favorites are a Dollar Tree (used to be a dollar store, now it's a "dollar twenty-five and up" store), a grocery surplus store where you can often find amazing bargains including on fresh produce), an Ace Hardware store (a little expensive on most things but INCREDIBLE customer service!), 7-11 convenience store, and a Baskin Robbins ice cream place! Oh, and just across the street is a Safeway (full service grocery store).”
“Nice older yet modern building. Great location to work, in between two triemt stops and a few blocks from the red and blue lines. For employees of the building, Pacwest has a workout gym with sauna and showers, a private bicycle room with showers (and a tool stand!), a third floor common kitchen and dining area with couches which is great for medium sized events and casual gatherings, as well as a private outdoor terrace on the third floor which is a good ways above the bustle of the city street below and has a large amount of outdoor plants and large potted trees.
If you have business to do in the building, then you may be able to get your parking validated, but that worth asking ahead of time.
If you fancy a walk on your lunch break, you can easily hit 7 parks in a half an hour! So many amazing coffee shops and restaurants in the area, this is an ideal place to work; even more-so if you are car free.”
“I really like this place. Potential to learn so much and decent prices with huge selection. They have live fish and will cook them for you. Quite a mesmerizing establishment. Kinda makes me feel like I'm in another Country for a bit.”
“We travel over to West Linn to this specific shopping center because it houses our Walmart grocery pickup service location. This particular neighborhood style Walmart has impeccable customer service, always extremely prompt and delivering my order to the car, always extremely friendly, the area is very secure, and probably most importantly, it's really clean and there are no homeless anywhere to be seen. Feel very safe with the back end of my car open. Other businesses UPS, oil change place, are other spot-on places we use. Two thumbs up to the people that operate this location, because like I said before it's safe.”
“The little food store called Friendly Food has dry chorizo sausage (the perfect classic cold cut only available in a few shops), a variety of farmer cheeses, and very tasty things you don't see in standard grocery stores.”
“Always enjoy my trips here. I'll go get a massage, and the afterward grab some food at one of the various restaurants. Parking can be a bit after a challenge as it often seems busy....but I've always been able to find at least one.”
“Nice people and they've been great for many, many years. My father been going the since the 70's. Local people who are friendly and there's always a Hi, hello, welcome in...... ?”
“This local strip mall has been completely revitalized with the addition of a New Seasons store, and Ace Hardware, Luna Ice Cream and Planet Fitness and soon a Pietro's Pizza. It's great to see. There are lots of other stores who weathered COVID and the exit of Albertson's many years ago including Starbucks, Liquor Store, UPS Store, Subway, Rite-Aid and a Chinese restaurant. This center also includes a Taco Bell and a McDonald's and a gas station. Behind it is a new large apartment complex which has helped.”
