I have been a loyal customer for many years. Today no more, I'm very upset with the customer service provided by Lorraine on the 82nd Boulevard in Happy Valley. She was very disrespectful made fun of me try to confuse me was not listening to me was making me very uncomfortable and then did not want to help me with what I needed help with. I bought a dab pen months ago and I only used it twice. I did plug it in just nice and fine that wasn't the issue, I asked if if I was going to buy a new one if I could possibly get some sort of discount you guys have been very nice with me. Today I was met with the utmost disrespect and unkindness I've had in a very long time I will not be coming back there's so many other dispensaries that I can go to and I should have gone back to that one instead. I wanted to exchange my product for something else that I could use so I didn't have to spend more money on another battery but I was forced to do so. I advise that she is looked into and properly retrained you have lost a very loyal customer who has spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars may I say even thousands. -CommonSen5e
