I came to this branch for help getting a refund that was sent to a closed account. US bank has had this payment since 12/21. Danielle treated me like a nuisance she doesn't have time for. Borderline rude and dismissive so I walked out. Zero stars terrible customer service.

This bank will nickel and dime you with overdraft fees, not only do they charge 35.00 dollars for a overdraft, they raised it to 36.00 dollars, then on top of that, they added a extended overdraft fee, they really do not care about people with lesser means, the poor, and on top of that, they charged me on Christmas eve day. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY. They call themselves the US bank, there is no US, just them

I come to this location about twice a week. The workers are really nice. They work quick and are efficient. Yea the lines can be long at times but I noticed they have a lot of people coming in at the same time, non stop. That's not the workers fault. They really try to make the lines go by fast though and I appreciate that.

I went to open a checking account with my first payroll check and successfully opened it with my Oregon ID and SSN and took $90 cash and left $200 in my account. I even used my card spending $30 on some clothes. Well the next day when I went to spend more money using my debit card they had froze my account and wanted more proof including my social security card and proof of address which I brought in and had it copied. I was told I would be able to use my card within one business day and I am currently on day 2 now and and not getting any customer service or help I need to fix this problem . This is by far the worst bank I have ever been to and plan on moving my account to a different bank as soon as possible.

I was glad the bank was open. Nice work on the 6 foot rule. However the lady I talked only seem to tell me what she could not do. After that there was a snotty \\\"have a nice day\\\" Like she was happy she could help. 40 Years with US Bank. Time for a change!

Since when does a bank not have a branch manager available especially in a Friday? I believe I was lied to! I really just think she didn't want to help me! This place was Super shady. I won't be back and I am sure they don't care

After checking into US Banks reviews on Yelp, i now see i am not alone in not liking this particular branch of U.S Bank. To think i worked at corporate office for over a decade calling on branchrs, but now I know why I switched. It is the most unfriendly of all the branches ive ever been in. Probably one of the WORST U.S. Banks I've ever been in. For 5 years I've made my lease payment for my store on the downtown Oregon City Main Street Bank. They are closed due to Covid. So was Gladstone. So I had to drive all the way to Milwaukie. This is the only branch that would NOT take my check that is due today, unless I had the account number. THEY TRIED TO USE THE ESCUSE THAT IT US AGAINST POLICY!!!! No Landlord wants to give out their account number, so it has been typical for 5 years for US Bank just to take my check payment and apply it to the account as a payment. EVERY OTHER U.S. Branch will just apply the check, but not this branch. The blond girl was very blunt and unwavering. So glad I switched banks to Bank of America and Onpointe.

I've come in here a few times now and there is always 4-5 people waiting in line and 1 person working behind the counter. After waiting over 8 minutes each time and not moving a single customer in line I leave every single time. I will never come to this bank again because I know they are SO slow. No one says anything to you I would at least expect "welcome, we will be right with you." Zero customer service from anyone. This place is a joke. The regular US Bank I go to is fast and so friendly they are amazing. It definitely puts in perspective this place need more training or a new manager.

This location is always great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. But today I had to call customer service and let me tell you; US Bank is the shit! They 3 way called with a website that had already refused me a refund, stayed on hold with me for 30 minutes, spoke on my behalf when I got too befuddled to repeat my email a 5th time! And not only got them to promise me a refund, but they went ahead and immediately refunded my account. And the rep was friendly and understanding. Two thumbs up for their customer service line all the way!
