Is there a negative score to give? Kathy was so insensitive and rude. She couldn't be bothered to lift a single finger in assisting me in transferring my prescriptions from another pharmacy that I had requested of them over a week ago. Which would literally be thousands of dollars in pharmacy revenue for her store. I had to wait for over a half an hour to talk to anyone with a pulse. Too bad they didn't have a brain. Furthermore, they' were trying to charge me $400 for a prescription that cost $30 at Rite Aid. I definitely advise going across the street to Rite Aid on Oak st. because at least they can pull their head out of their hind end most of the time. Walgreens cannot! Yes and Kathy was quick in encouraging that I go to a different pharmacy. Not a Wallgreens team player.

Walgreens must hire the worst and rudest people they can find, because there is no way a group of people this nasty could come together randomly. Also the automated phone system says the pharmacy is open until 8pm but it's not and when I mentioned that to the "cashier" she called the number to prove me wrong but when she heard the automated operator say the time she laughingly said "It's Walgreens of course they don't know what time they close" Which was funny.

Super unorganized the girl with dark shoulder length hair and glasses is super rude. Her and another girl both deleted prescriptions from the system one for my husband one for another patron. Said it was gonna take a while for them to fix, prescription is already filled but she acted like it’s new and has to be all redone so now we are stuck waiting, with no answer as to how long. Not sure why they just couldn’t print a new paper like Fred Meyer, instead they act like it’s never happened before and it’s a foreign concept to Bill insurance, smh! Ridiculous!!! They are so slow and act like it is a bother to have to do their job. Definitely need some staff who knows what they are doing knows how to treat customers and strives to make things right instead act like the customer is the problem, guess we will take our business elsewhere!

Not at all pleased with the service here. Most of the time, I can find what I need without interacting with anyone- except for the checkout, of course. However, last week- Jan. 22, 2024- I noticed they were totally out of the NatureMade Potassium Gluconate. When I asked at checkout who would know about the status of this product, I was told "If it's not on the shelf, then we're out of it". Nothing further and no attempt to check on the item. I'll start looking to see if I can't buy it on-line.

I moved my pharmacy to this Walgreens pharmacy due to the rite aid nearby seemingly being understaffed and underpaid. For a while this Walgreens was wonderful. But recently they are falling into the same flaws as the rite aid. Today I was trying to call in about my medication that has been waiting to be filled for 8 days now. The pharmacy tech picked up the phone and hung up on me immediately. That is extremely rude. Some people need this medication to function and treating us so unprofessionally is beyond unethical.

Worst Pharmacy experience of my life, do NOT trust the staff or pharmacist. Was told my insurance was refusing to fill my prescriptions here because they didn't "fit the supply day limit" or that "maintenance medications must be purchased at preferred pharmacy" with no further context. I was repeatedly stonewalled attempting to get my meds for no reason and was given little help. After calling my insurance helpline, I was told they had NO clue what the pharmacy staff were talking about and that I should be able to get my full thirty day supply of meds as usual as I have previously used this walgreens without insurance issues. After having to put the pharmacy on the phone with my insurance helpline, I was told I'd still need to wait another hour for my prescriptions as they were leaving for lunch. Mind you, I'd already been in the pharmacy for close to an hour attempting to resolve an insurance issue that didn't exist to begin with. This has happened several times in my attempts to use this pharmacy. I was forced to buy a prescription at full price because they claimed my insurance would "no longer cover it" just to find out my insurance company has no record of these claims. It is beyond frustrating and ridiculous that I've been extorted just attempting to get my medications.

Now they’ve refused to fill a prescription one time too many. We have been working with them for two decades.My 11 y/o son just got out of oral surgery and anesthesia. Evidently the pain relief and anti-nausea doses are above a recommended level that Walgreens strictly adheres to.Rite Aid doesn’t have that problem, and thankfully they can honor the health and welfare of my son, so we are moving over there now. The prescription is hand signed by an Oral Surgeon MD.

Garbage pharmacy. God forbid they try to be helpful or treat you like a human with any decency. My medication is schedule 3, so of course I get treated like a criminal over the phone when trying to get any sort of information about when my prescription might be restocked. They just say "try calling back every WEEK or so" WHAT A JOKE!

Never happened.Last month, my Aimovig was out of stock for a week, and I kept being promised that it would be ready the next day. For days! I finally ended up driving 30 minutes each way to pick it up at another Walgreens.I call them at least every other week about issues like this. It’s exhausting. I think some of the folks who have been working here a long time are great, but I can’t keep doing this! Recommend you avoid this pharmacy if you value your health and time.

Consistently declining service over the past couple years. I have about a dozen prescriptions totaling thousands a month, and at this point I can’t fill a single prescription without problems. Their system regularly messes up and doesn’t fill the ordered prescription, or they only fill a partial and then never fill the remainder, so I have to manually call to get them to actually do their jobs for just about every prescription these days. And having to call means being on hold for at least 20 minutes every time, and you just get to hope that the staff doesn’t “accidentally” hang up before you even get the chance to talk to someone after all that hold time. I literally just had to purchase insulin needles from Amazon because Walgreens and their staff messed up filling my prescription and then let it sit for over a week without filling even after I called in because they apparently can’t/won’t order more. I’ve been trying to resolve the constant issues for years and it just keeps getting worse. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
