I made a call about an item that they carried and they brought it to the front of the store held it for me to come pickup and loaded in my car. Courtesy fast service and made me feel good about it.

The manager of the store is great. He's always been helpful and very nice. Some of the employees on the other hand could take a class in customer service. I have lived next door to Bi-Mart for 10 years now. I shop there almost everyday. I have spend a ridiculous amount of money there due to the fact of shopping for myself and my 4 elderly and disabled family members and there neighbors every month. I think retail workers sometimes forget that the customers pay there paychecks. A little bit of courtesy can go a long ways.

Bi-Mart is by far less expensive to purchase the same items and brands at similar stores. I appreciate the savings. The staff are generally helpful and provide good customer service.
