SLOW, SLOW, SLOW.... today was my second time at this branch...first time was slow, slow, slow...but not comparted to today...Sat outside in line for 10+ minutes and then finally left....other people left also. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since Columbia bank switched to Umpqua I’ve had so many issues. Yesterday I tried to check my account through the app and it said it was sending my phone a push notification. I couldn’t find it anywhere and was unable to check my account or transfer money to my sons. Then I tried to call and it asked for a special number, I tried my pin and it wasn’t that. Again, I was stuck. Also, any payments I make take days to go through and don’t even show as lending until when they’re going to come out. Before my account would immediately show payments and show me when things were pending and when they’re coming out. I’ve decided to completely switch all my banking to my credit union. I’ve had enough of this. The employees have always been great. However that doesn’t help on weekends or evenings when I can’t access my accounts.

They staff are very upbeat and greet you with a smile. They are sweet, kind, and very helpful. When they help you, they have a little conversation with before or after you are done. If you have a problem with your account or you think there is fraudulent activity, they are on it. Whatever they can do on their end, it is done with privacy and professionalism. I have a great banking experience every time.

This bank has changed. I’ve been with them since the mid 1980s. Almost all new employees,new management, aggressive in your face attitude. They will tell you that you need an appointment for everything. I realize this is endemic now. The point is that it’s how you tell someone. A little courtesy goes a long way. I have been waiting on hold for 27 minutes while wrote this review. Oh yes, Originally I had planned to add my daughter to my deposit box. Now, I’m emptying everything and closing all of my accounts.

Great staff, great service, there's so many different financial assistances that this location offers that you will be thankful that you indulged in. I highly suggest checking out this location and all it has to offer!
