It was a nightmare. The camp host came out cursing at my family and teenagers, with his two year old son in stroller because we came on bikes and didn't have time to pay the park fee at 7am. Never again. What a horrible atrocity for my family and I. Public humiliation. Treated us like we where not human. I'm not real eager to check other parks with my younger children again in this area . Not a clear understanding of why or how a camp host would be so crude, and with children present. I guess we didn't have the complexion for the connection as we have found in other parts of the county .

What a beautiful, well-maintained, clean County Park! Campground is small, and there is some road noise. But I would definitely recommend and stay here again! Joey, the camp host, was organized and always available. The Rangers and the city Park manager kept the entire place spotless. The Molalla River runs along the park, and is a great place for kids and adults to play and sit with your chairs in the water. A creek off the river runs behind the campsites. This campground had the cleanest bathrooms and shower areas that I have ever seen.

Very nice park, great river access with swimming holes, nice picnic area with a covered area you can reserve for large gatherings. Onsite camp host was very friendly and the park is very well maintained. Camping area is just right sized, not one of those huge camping areas where you have to worry about the kids..this is small and well set up, kids can ride their bikes around and you feel safe and secure. Great family spot.

Park has great access to the river for the hot summers. Fee isn't too high for one vehicle, considering how many people you could fit in the vehicle. The camping side is clean and the Camp Host really anticipates your needs. When I visited, you could still burn fires. The park offers affordable fire rates, depending on how much firewood you want. The showers were clean. There was a rowdy camper, but the Camp Host and the Ranger dealt with them quickly. They really made the park worth visiting.
