I wish I could give this company a negative ten!! Ryanne is completely incompetent when it comes to doing taxes. She filed my taxes incorrectly, then when I returned to her office with notices from the IRS. She stated their was nothing to worry about. Nine months later I have found that she filed all my information I provided to her (W-2 form's) completely wrong. Leaving me with now having to deal with long wait periods to correct her mistakes!!! Stay away from this business and individual!! Unless you love spending a large amount of money for Ryanne to ruin your tax return and leave you with having to correct the errors she created!!
