Kudos to sweet Lindsay for taking my chin length crop of thinning, fine and frumpy hair and giving me a short, sassy hair style that looks better than my hair has looked in years!!! I will not be using this salon. I have made three phone calls and received one call back from the owner. She stated she does not do nails but will pass my message along to another nail tech. It has been three days and I have not heard a word. Their website states that if you leave a message because you are new to the salon they will call you back the next day. If you make a statement on your web page or a verbal promise you should follow though. So much for trying to support local businesses.?

I was due for a root touch-up and highlights right when everything was shut down due to the coronavirus. So I was in DIRE need when the salon re-opened. I had been in contact via text messages with Michelle (who had done my hair previously) during the shutdown, anxiously waiting to make an appointment. I was told, by her, she would contact me when she knew they were re-opening. She didn't, so I contacted her. After several texts back and forth, we settled on a date and time and what I needed done. I took TIME OFF WORK to be there, only to find out she put me down for a different day (which I could not do)! She even tried to insist *I* had the wrong date until I showed her our text messages from a week before! What made me even angrier was the response of "Well, mistakes happen. Nothing I can do." No apology whatsoever, no consideration of the fact that I had to make the time by taking time off work, and no effort at all to try to accommodate me, and the soonest she (or anyone) could see me next was at least 2 more weeks away, because everyone's booked up from people waiting months to get in! I was so upset and angry I had to walk out before I said something I may regret. Horrible customer service and I *was* a repeat customer. I will never go there again nor will I recommend them to anyone! I left this same review on their Facebook page, where she responded with lies and excuses, and Jodi (the owner) backed her up, and the both of them replied I should have more compassion and grace (because they didn't like my review). Everyone who knows me knows it takes a lot for me to get upset and I rarely get angry, and i am not a liar. Just because there are *bigger things going on in the world* shouldn't diminish the fact I was screwed over or that I have no reason to be mad about it.
