Had an alignment done. Came out and told me they “couldn’t make one of the adjustments and complete the alignment.” Real reason was they rounded the adjusting bolt on my CV axle and didn’t want to take responsibility. Now tires are wearing wrong and will need fixing prematurely. Their failure to take responsibility for their mistake will cost me an extra set of tires and I’ll fix the stupid bolt myself.

Was going to drive to the coast and scheduled a tire rotation at 8AM a week in advance. Always best to have freshly rotated tires and correct tire pressure before a long drive. When I arrived at 7:45 I was told that they could not even start until 9am as all the bays were full! That’s called overbooking! I made an appointment and was on time! My time was disrespected. I have rotated tires before trips for 30 years just as I tried today. At most it’s a 10 min job on a well maintained car not 2 hours. Overbooking is one of the worst practices and its unacceptable! This was a lifetime customer relationship altering experience. Why even make an appointment and get up early when they just overbook? Miss the respect and honesty of the 1990s Les Schwab.

I want to say thank you to Jose for helping me save some money and got me out of danger with my tires he's like the old Les Schwab guys they go out of their way to do a little extra comment like taking a video to show me exactly what he was talking about
I'm grateful for your employee and he's top notch. You better give him a raise cuz he is one of your best employees in my opinion.. thank you Jose.

When i showed up after waiting a week for my appointment, my tires all of a sudden were not available but the ones that cost 150$ more magically were. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know what just happened.
Growing up in the Northwest Les Schwab used to mean something.
Before this visit i got new trailer tires, and one of them they didn't even fill it will air.
NEVER AGAIN! Go to Costco. They are at least professionals.

Have gone to the Molalla Les Schwab's afew times now and have been very impressed with the professionalism and respect for customer's vehicle as well as knowing all the many locations of Les Schwab Centers throughout the states.

I bought 2 tires at Molalla Les Schwab thinking it would be convenient until they broke one of my TPMS sensors installing one of the tires then trying to cover it up and saying it was bad when it worked just fine right before they changed the tire, then they had the audacity to try to charge me $451.96 to change my TPMS sensors because of their mess up, these cost $28 for a set online.
To top it off they didn't even balance my other Two tires so now I was driving down the road with my car vibrating all over the place and my TPMS light flashing at me, this is Les Schwab now??? I've been a Les Schwab customer on and off for 15 years but this company has changed drastically after Les Schwab passed away. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because I went in the next day and one of the employees did balance my other tires but he said the sensors were so expensive because of Tariffs which was a bold face lie since Trump isn't in office till next week??? They didn't change the TPMS sensor they broke which is very unethical of them so I won't be buying tires from them until they install a new sensor for me. I got 20 tires I have to change every 4 years and it looks like Discount Tire from here out.
Til then I will let the NHTSA know what happened.

My wife had a flat and they stayed open a little late so we could get there to get it fixed and it cost us nothing. They where incredible friendly and all around awesome.

Molalla store. Tires sized in Molalla, purchased in Oregon city out of connivence. Tires rub big time. Went to molalla and asked if I could show them what I was talking about and get some suggestions. Wouldn’t come outside and inspect, said I’d have to wait an hour. Rudely spoken to, so you sized them in Molalla, purchased in OC, now you want to trade them out and we eat the sale (I’m not aware of LS inner workings). Didn’t you notice they rubbed before you left, yes it was pointed out to me and told just don’t crank the wheel all the way. Never have I had LS speak so rudely. Maybe being an old woman gives them license to get away with that behavior. Bet they wouldn’t speak that way to a man. $2300+ was a big sacrifice for me.

They were wonderful!! They helped us 20 mins before closing. They are easygoing, polite,and respectful employees that are very honest to their customers. They were very quick at replacing both front tires. It took him 15 minutes to do a complete check on our brakes and our back tires as well. It was a pleasant visit at Les Schawb. I'm looking forward to our next visit to have the back tires and brakes done. Great experience!!

Had new tires and cv axles put on. Three days later the car stopped moving just starting over Ross Island bridge. Called Les Schwab to see if they could help. “Nope, not our fault”. Got a tow truck to get myself off the bridge after holding up traffic during rush hour. Got the car off the bridge. Parked and did some research. Called Les Schwab again explaining that I’ve done some research and it sounds like maybe something they did. Could you come take a look or have my car towed to your shop? “We’re not a towing company”. Got another tow truck to tow my car to Les Schwab. Took two days before I didn’t hear from them (yes, I know what I did there) Went in (I had already talked to them several times about the situation) to see what’s going on.
I don’t know his name, but this guy tells me that they had the tech put it up on the ramp to take a look and they found nothing. This was a lie. I know they didn’t move the car as it was in the same spot it was when the tow truck left it (I took pictures). The guy says earnestly…”sorry Bill” (that cut deep). I knew he was lying, but I didn’t say anything and took my car to our local transmission shop. (Great place and another tow) They put the car in the air and found the problem almost immediately. They took pictures sent them to Les Schwab and told them and myself that this was totally Les Schwabs fault. All they had to do was “snap it into place”, which the awesome transmission place did. I took the towing bills to Les Schwab and they tried to fight the towing bills until I finally got to talk to the manager. He was happy to pay the towing bills ($450).I asked for some compensation for the day and a half that I missed at work due to there bad work and the lies. He said that they don’t pay for time off. So, I got my check 3 weeks later after calling a few times because they said it would only take a few days. In conclusion I would just like to say that I see that the same guy who lied to there costumer is still working there. So they obviously don’t care who they have working for them. I’ve been a loyal customer since the 80’s. I have there expensive tires on all 7 of my vehicles. I can’t justify going back. This is not the first time they have messed with me. This will be the last time unfortunately.
