A lightning storm left us without wifi this last week and fried everything up to and including our router. We happen to see Isaac driving by and waved him down. He stopped in, explained what had happened and replaced everything we needed to get us back up and going. Awesome company, awesome service guy, and awesome experience!

Great service! Tech support is there to help almost all the time. They actually want to help you...unlike any company I dealt with in Portland. Great high speed internet at a decent price. Highly recommend.

Absolutely by far the best internet provider I’ve ever had! We’ve been with them for about 4 years and the service has been damn near perfect. It was a little bumpy when we first started but after changing hardware and a couple tweaks by their amazing call center that’s actually here in town, it’s extremely consistent and seriously makes me hesitant to ever leave the Molalla area because on how much we rely on great internet service ?

Their good Internet service you just have hope you don't need assistance on a weekend cuz they are closed on Saturdays n Sundays and have no phone customer service either on weekends which is very inconvenient

Got a phone call from Diana. "We see you have no internet. Can I come check it out?" True we had no internet but that happens occasionally, it eventually comes back. I told her "sure, come on out!" We were actually not home so when we did get home I had to hop on the computer and man was it so much better! I thought we just had a really slow computer for the last 4 years! So because of MCC's diligence, and not waiting for me to complain, I have internet and a much faster computer! Thank you MCC!

Didn't even last one bill cycle you tell these people you want your money taken out on the 15th they go ahead and take it out 5 days early on the 10th and then tell you they can't refund you the money until 5 days after? So they run you in the hole put you in a financial situation during this Pandemic And the Internet is not even really that fast? Horrible customer service obviously they can't even get their numbers straight so I definitely don't want them Running things when it comes to my Internet connection. I highly do not recommend them. go to wave

They are great. Very responsive and great customer service. I work from home and the one time I had an issue they were on it very fast and resolved it as soon as they possibly could.
