This broker will get your truck loaded and have no idea of how it’s getting unloaded nor when it’ll be unloaded.
I had to get an overnight layover due to him and the receiver being fort Cavazos not being able to locate 1 fork lift in a 5 hr timeframe.
This broker was not as truthful as I’d like and coerced me into another load by saying the fork lift issue was resolved. I got loaded at the port of Beaumont and made sure not to leave before he 100% had proof of a competent POC and an unload schedule. That was indeed not the case and I had my trailer unloaded before leaving the port.

I recently moved a load for Jared. The shipper took an excessive amount of time to load the truck. Jared went to bat for me and got me some detention pay. Truckers and brokers need to continually address the detention pay issue as shippers need to be held accountable for wasting the truckers time. Our time is more valuable than ever given the continued onslaught of over regulation in our industry. I have worked with Jared for a number of years and will continue to do so. As I have discussed with Jared the broker carrier relationship needs to work for both or it really isn’t working at all.

Amazing company! David is so great to work with. Things don't go as planned with freight ALL of the time, that's a given. But david gives me such piece of mind because it doesn't matter if it's after hours, a carrier running behind, any of the many things that can happen with freight, David is going to make sure things happen for us.

Horrible experience with MTG, specifically a broker there (jared ault). We have been offered a load from OR to TX and the offering party was a 3PL dispatcher not related to our company at all. That load was MTGs load which we refused to haul because of the rate of $5550. While the 3rd party dispatching company managed to book a load with them, MTG didn't follow FMCSA regulations and DAT suggestions to verify any doubtful information and booked it happily with some unverified people or entities. Because of Ault's deliberate actions now they freight guarded us. He is now trying to put the whole blame on us and does not want to accept his mistakes. I was shocked to read all other comments, it turns out that I am not the only person having issues with this broker. There is another platform you can read more bad reviews on him. We recommend staying away from this horrible broker and sincerely hope that there are more professional and ethical brokers working for and with MTG.

Extremely unprofessional brokers. Very rude and evil. Joe is a very bad person he threatens people and likes to hurt small trucking business as well. Boycott this predatory company.

We are working with this company for more than 5 years, we are getting very good loads at very good rates. The crew at the office is very easy to work with, and very friendly. Minor mistakes happen from time to time like anywhere else but nothing to serious. Very satisfied with Mulino Trading Group and looking forward to doing business with them in the futurePT EXPRESS

David White is 100% correct. They didn't give me all the information about the load, stabbed me in the back and made up lies after the fact to intimidate me and scare me to keep me under control when I found out I'd been screwed, and then filed fake complaint to punish me. Really horrible bunch.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS AND CROOKS!!!!! After you book a load through them you find out the truth about the load. Then they start accusing you of nothing you did and call you names and a liar. This is a horrible company. I highly recommend to stay far far away from them.

Terrible company. Suggest all carriers stay far away from these guys. Jim is the worst representative of any broker that Ive worked for. 10 dollars for 4 hours detention. Cursing at drivers. Hanging up on dispatchers. Wont answer his phone. Cant work through delivery problems. Will cancel my contract. Will be posting on DAT and Truckstop to all North American carriers. Acted like a child, this Jim.
