The last three times I’ve been in the store three separate employees follow me around the store. They don’t ask if I need anything they just watch me as if I’m gonna steal something. Not sure they’ve been having a lot of theft lately, but I probably won’t go back for a while.

Great helpful local auto parts store. They stay open late to serve customers. Everybody I've ever dealt with in this store is knowledgeable and has experience when you go over to Napa it's the in mollala its the blind leading the blind

I don’t normally write reviews for auto supply stores since my husband usually handles car stuff for us but when my new driver & I jumped in the car today to get school supplies we were met with a faulty wiper blade on a rainy day so made a pit stop for O’Reillys. In the aisle, we were met w/ some exceptional customer service by Josh, who saw us using the device to locate the right blades & kindly offered to look that up at the register for us. We took him up on the offer &, once there, he quickly located what we needed, shared that it was buy one get one free & offered to install them. My kid thought we didn’t need help but then, when we were outside in the rain at his car with wet instructions in hand (& Josh had come out to assist another customer with a check engine light scan), Josh quickly recognized that we changed out mind so multi-tasked & had our blades replaced, literally, in seconds flat so we were now to get out of the rain & on our way. In an age where good help seems to be very hard to come by, by my kid & I were super impressed by this representative’s genuine care & concern, & desire to go above & beyond. Good hire, O’Reillys. I hope you take good care of employees like this & all your employees so that these great small town values remain alive & well & help make impressions oncommunities’ members as to what goodness is still possible! Thanks Josh!

Jeff was such a huge help to me today. My car has been stored for a few years which resulted in moisture and unfortunately mold. Feeling defeated I went in and asked for a good product to help clean it up. Jeff gave me a product he had on hand that he doesn't even sell. It was his own personal cleaning product. He refused to let me pay him He then advised me on how to remove the odor with bounce dryer sheets! Bonus!! I then asked about antenna and he went to the shelf and went out to my car and installed it before I had even paid for it. He didn't try to sell me anything but went above and beyond and he earned a loyal customer because of his acts of kindness..

Very helpful people. They used a OBD 2 scanner that would read ABS codes on a Plymouth PT Cruiser. Where my code reader wouldn't.

Always enjoyed the service from here. But the call I made requesting help left very little to be desired. Made a call to the neighboring Napa and was told no problem. I've always been a customer here, but now I will be checking in with Napa from here on out.

They had what we needed but staff said they didn't. My husband explained what he was looking for the young man said I don't think we carry that. My husband asked if they had other types. The young man took him there. The 1st item was what we needed. The young man responded "dude".Like the store, just look for your self if you can. Or ask one of the more experienced sale staff.
