So I took my dog in there to get groomed and she made us turn around to pick him up because she said he had fleas. Mind you we had treated him for fleas. So she refused to groom him. Took him to another groomer a week later without treating him and that groomer told us she couldn’t find a single flea on him at all and that he’s completely flea free and she had no problem grooming him at all. If she didn’t want to groom my dog that’s all she had to say. She didn’t need to lie about him having fleas.

Friendly, and understanding. My dogs are not used to getting their nails trimmed. But they handled all three of my very frightened and obnoxious puppies extremely well. I have been a repeat customer. And the only groomers I go to in town.

Do not bring your pet here. We normally took our dog to the grooming barn but since they closed I had to find a new groomer. I dropped my lahsa apso off here to be groomed and showed the lady a picture of how we wanted him clipped.. Super simple about 2 inches long all over his body and face.. She said no problem at all. She said he would be done at 2:30pm and that she would call when he was done. At 3pm I called to see if he was done. The same lady answered the phone and was quite snippy. She said my dog had some fleas so that made it especially hard to groom him and proceeded to try to give me a guilt trip. She said that beings he had fleas they had to blow dry him to get him dry. Every place I have ever taken him to be groomed always blow drys him.. I thought that was part of being groomed! Also.. My dog never has more than maybe 5 fleas on him tops. We live out in the country and dogs get fleas! Once she was done trying to belittle me she told me I could come at 4 to get him. The lady seemed very nervous and fake acting when I got there and went on and on about how busy they were.. My thought was.. Don't say you have time to groom my dog if you don't! I had made the appointment a week prior. She brought my dog out saying how good he was just perfectly calm and we'll behaved.. Then I saw him and he was cut to maybe a half inch all over! I wanted to cry! I thought I was going to completely snap! I would have gone off on this woman but I knew it would do no good. With all the attitude she showed already I would have ended up in jail. I had my baby boy asleep with me so I just grabbed my dog and left. When I got my dog to the car he was acting funny.. I looked at him and he had a bunch of hair in his eyes.. He had hair all over him! He shook and it looked like it was snowing in the car! She didn't even blow the hair off of him! THEN, when we got home I put him in the yard to potty and noticed he was limping real bad. I picked him up and looked at his foot and there we 3 large cuts in his paw!!!! Are you kidding me!!! I checked him all over and he had another big cut in his ear! He limped for 3 days. We almost were going to take him to the vet at one point for stitches. I hope I never run into that women in the store.. I will punch that b**** in the face if I do! My poor little dog!
