Cody was able to provide me great service with the most current iPhone available with ease of mind and good company while transferring data from old phone to the new. Also, Cody let me know this is and will be the last period of time to receive a decent enough trade in with the/my iPhone11 Pro Max. If you have an 11, see Cody before the new iPhones come out later this year like I did or you may have another relic iPhone in your junk drawer like my iPhone 6, which I missed by a year with another carrier offering me a whopping 40 bucks for trade in for my 11. Thanks again Cody!

Service was horrible. I love t-mobile I have been with them for 18 years but I will never come to this store ever again. I was lied to. They have almost no stock. When I said I was going to complain to t-mobile because they never have stock( I have tried getting phones here multiple times) I was threatened that they wouldn't assist me. Please go to a different store.

Super friendly staff. Had a great experience getting 5G home internet activated and setup. Above and beyond service. All questions were answered. Literally went home to plug and play. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again! You guys rock!

Bad experience with ordering wrong phone, than adding lines for watches which we were not informed of, people seemed like new or did not know what were doing..I suggest going to another location or going online to do self...

Had to wait while both folks played with their own phones, another person who came in behind me left over it actually. I got helped eventually, but still need a lil customer service training at this location in my opinion.

Service was great as usual but I was a little upset not at the employee she was just doing her job. But my wallet had gotten stolen and my replacement ID hadn't arrived yet but my phone broke and that's my business without my phone I make no money, thank God I have a joint account with my brother and he was able to put my wife on the account( he's in southern California we're in oregon) so she could use her ID so I could get a new phone. My gripe is I live in a small town the employee knew who I was but if she would have gone on to letting me purchase this phone or even took a payment from me she could've lost her job because of me not showing my ID. Look I understand safety and all that but when you know someone and your management that should be your call to make. But as always good service from molalla t-mobile and t-mobile put some trust in your employees it makes for good customer service to remember who your customers are.

I came into this store and Super BowlSunday and it was the best cell phone store experience I’ve ever had. The manager (Tim) and 2 other employees were wonderful. We worked with Carter and she has exemplary customer service and helped me work through a challenging phone upgrade. Tim and Carter went out of their way to make sure everything I needed done , was done. I cannot recommend them more!!
