“As good as it gets! After a catastrophic transmission failure on an almost-once-in-a-lifetime roadtrip to Baja with my wife, I ended up with the Sprinter at Jacobsen. Chad had the replacement reman NAG1 transmission on the shelf (unbelieveable!) and after we discussed what was going on, he got that sucker in the van and road tested in 48hrs. He coordinated with a friend for a 500-mile checkup as we headed into California and then provided some helpful phone-diag and recommendations when I had questions as well. I stopped by a few weeks later on the way home and they serviced the transmission. Fantastic price, great service and work, great people. The total package. I'd go back to Jacobsen every single time if it was an option! Thanks again Chad, you saved our trip!”
