Can't or won't transfer funds to another bank. Cashiers check will take 10 business days?? A better answer would be " its in the mail tomorrow" Why 10 days? The AI phone system is dumb and annoying!!

It seems to be a decent branch, it's a bank in a small town so people are friendly.
