2 monthly subscriptions packages not delivered. 1 days delivered, went to the post office and they said they’d look into it.. got a call back with a “it was scanned and put in the box” - ugh no it wasn’t cus why would I be wasting my time calling. They told me to call the company and ask for a refund then.
They returned a package to sender stating the wrong address. Mind you I’ve gotten it fine the last 5 months no problem.
I kept getting “what do you want to do?” - like find my packages and deliver them correctly maybe???

A package I was tracking showed delivered. Less than 10 minutes later my husband walked out to our locked mailbox and it wasn't there. He went to each of our neighbors house to see if it had been misdelivered- happens often- and it hadn't. He went to the post office and our mail carrier said she had put it in our mailbox.
I get a call later in the evening from our postmaster Alexander Yzaguirre, and I will tell you this, as a person who has done customer service for many years, he has NONE! He wouldn't hardly let me talk, he told me that my package was stolen out of my locked mailbox, and he wouldn't hardly let me speak. He has no business being the Postmaster. You need communication and people skills, and he doesn't have any. He told me basically that it wasn't his problem and that I needed to call the cops.
I never want to go back to that Post Office!

Repeatedly don't have packages delivered on time. When I called to ask why this keeps happening. They say "the delivery person said you've had cans out for a week blocking the mailbox" even tho that was a blatant lie, there haven't been cans outside since garbage day 5 days ago and yet I still don't have my packages.

Alex Yzaguirre was extremely helpful and nice. He tried really hard to find my missing mail. I forgot to stay on the line for the survey but wanted to make sure he got the credit he deserved.

If I could put negative zero stars I would… worst customer service. We had a very important document that wasn’t delivered and this is the second time I’ve come to ask for help and each time the same older man is so rude and could careless about our undelivered mail. Literally you work at a post office where you help deliver and receive mail for ppl?? and it annoys you that you have to do that you’re at the wrong job…

Misdelivered packages are the norm. I had medication that needed signed for, I was home waiting for it, they didn't ring my doorbell. My wife and I have partial hearing loss from our time in the military, so we rely on our doorbell. Not the first time this has happened and guarantee it's not gonna be the last. The office staff are polite, but I don't think that makes up for the carriers. Don't choose USPS, choose another carrier if you can.Edit: They didn't ring the doorbell again. Don't entrust anything to these clowns.

I was literally on my couch on the phone as I watched the mail person deliver a box and heard the beep as they scanned it. I went out to grab the box and noticed he/she posted a note on our door saying "sorry we missed you. You can pick up your package/letter starting tomorrow." Ok so why didn't they even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell?! I would have come to the door! There was one car in the driveway and one on the street in front of our house. I do not understand why a knock was so hard!!!

I had a great experience here. I was sending a package to my sister. I told them I don't really use the post office much and that I would need help and they were polite and helped me.

Consistently misplacing and delivering mails and packages to different addresses. Especially very important documents and packages! Please work on this USPS!

It amazes me how often they miss deliver. Tracking says package was delivered in my mail box however I have a locking mailbox that only has small slit in it with enough room for a phone book.

They are nice, friendly people. They will help you if your unsure on what specific box or envelope sizes you need or want. Postage stamps too! Good prices too!

Would give this USPS 0 stars if I could. The mail always comes sporadically and you can never count on it. Too many times they’ve lost mail both coming from and to my Molalla address. Worst USPS ever, get a P.O. box in OC and save yourself the trouble.
