SHOUT OUT TO RYAN D!! The absolute phone DOCTOR! Her offered fast, smooth incredible service. My phone was old and started having issues making work very difficult (I run a company off of this phone) so it was pertinent to make sure it was working. He gave me the absolute best advice, multiple options and saved the day. He got me a new phone ASAP, transferred all of my information (including my wedding photos😭) contacts, apps ETC in a speedy manner. Installed my screen protector with more care than I ever would have, installed protectors for my lenses and made sure I knew how to operate my phone. I’ll be honest, I’ve never had a good experience with phone issues or buying a phone. He changed my entire outlook on not only buying a phone, BUT MY OPINION ON THE ENTIRE FRANCHISE. Please lord if we can duplicate this man and put him behind every desk and customer service position, the world would be saved. Thank you again for your help and solidifying a lifelong customer as long as you’re representing the brand.

phone not charging, had two faulty chargers. Quick and easy fix. New cable and cord. There was a special buy two items get 50% off of a third. Got a great phone holder for the car. Wonderful experience.

Came into the store to transfer my line over to a new plan and Justin was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain things and even kept the store open after hours so he could help us with a data transfer issue. Awesome customer service! ⭐️
