I had a family member bring their deer here smelled and tasted absolutely horrible, and some of the meat had weird dark spots, lots of nasty parts left wasn't cleaned up properly at all.

Steaks not cut to order. Packing smells like death. Retention is questionable. First and last time they will be used.

I've seen and heard bad reviews but I just got all my elk back and he was quick had it all back in 5 days i had jerky made it is great and summer sausage made them look good to ! Think ill take my next elk there next time I have no complaints he is fast !!
